Q: What repertoire does Ariana teach?
A: While fostering versatility, Ariana integrates traditional exercises with varied viola pieces, often starting younger students with the Suzuki method before transitioning to standard repertoire.
Q: What kind of experience does Ariana have?
A: Extensive performance experience with orchestras and in chamber music, including the Erie Philharmonic and Charleston Symphony Orchestra. She has performed as the principal violist of the Altoona Symphony Orchestra, Johnstown Symphony Orchestra, as well as the Carnegie Mellon University Orchestra. She was also a member of Carnegie Mellon's Honors Quartet and has showcased her solo artistry through recitals and performances. She has performed solo Bach works, viola concertos, sonatas, and modern works.
